Michener Park – Construction Update

Rulam Contracting and Delta Valley have had several productive months of construction in the first two stages of Michener Park. The electrical infrastructure has been installed, the stormwater facility dry pond is shaped, seeded and planted, and the curbs and roads are installed. Next, Atco will install the gas services this fall. 

Michener Park builders are busy finalizing their designs and plans and have submitted for development permits with the City of Edmonton. They are expected to break ground in early 2025.
