Michener Park – Community Update

UAPT awarded Rulam the General Contracting scope in summer of 2023 and since, Rulam has been actively installing the underground infrastructure in Michener Park. Sewer lines, storm lines, water lines and hydrants are part of the critical infrastructure are critical elements that create a community. 

Also, UAPT is working with 3 Edmonton multi-family builders toward a leasehold sale on the community’s Stage 1A 5 lots. These lots are zones RM h16 and RM h 23 – learn more about the City of Edmonton Land Use Zones.
